Frequently Asked Questions

We've likely heard it...

What ATVs / UTVs do you offer?

A fleet of America's #1 Selling UTV's -
NEW 2023 Polaris RZR XP, General XP and NorthStar XP 1000s
(Seats 2, 4 and 6 people)

Can my kids ride with us?

Kids can ride as long as their feet can be flat on the floor of the UTV. 46" is the approximate height, but as stated previously, their feet must be flat on the floor, back against the seat and be able to hold on - we love kids but want to make sure they're safe. Sorry no toddlers or infants.

Do you rent ATVs?

No, we do not rent any ATVs - Saddle-type vehicles. Only UTVs/Side-By-Sides.

Where can we ride?

The Wild Rivers Trail - Wisconsin's LONGEST Off-Road Trail - runs right next to our property and can lead you throughout Northwest Wisconsin where you can experience backwoods lakes with access to
hundreds of miles of trails with spectacular fall colors...

Do you have maps?

We recommend using Polaris Ride Command or OnX Off-Road app for trails
otherwise we do have paper maps available.

How much is the deposit?

Up to $3,000 damage deposit HOLD -  Yes, you can split the deposit on more than one credit card and when the vehicle comes back the same way it left, we'll release the funds directly.
Scratches/damage bigger than 2"x3.5" will be charged.
If you don't have a credit card, we can still help you- contact us directly by email if you have questions.

How does the deposit work?

Generally speaking, if everything on your ride went smoothly, we will release your deposit that day and you could see it returned within 24 hours. This duration depends on your bank.

What happens if we damage the vehicle?

Depending on the extent of the damage, we will estimate the cost of labor/parts and take only that amount from your damage deposit - not to exceed that amount if you have followed the waiver.
If the machine is rolled or tipped on its side, we will most likely secure the deposit for damages incurred.
Flat Tires/Drive Belts are considered damage and are the financial responsibility of the renter.

Can we trailer your units?

No, you can not legally trailer our units anywhere. This action is not covered by insurance.

Do we have to wear helmets?

Yes, to stay compliant with our waiver, you must be wearing your helmet at all times
while the vehicle is moving. If you have your own DOT approved helmet,
you are welcome to bring your own and use it instead.

What are the conditions of the trails, typically?

Our trails consist of a mix of gravel, sand, and mud. There are several mud holes as well.

Will we get really muddy?

Depending on the weather, they can be very muddy.
You can avoid getting covered in mud by slowing down, and going slower through the water holes.

What should we bring?

In the fall weather, we recommend bringing a light vinyl jacket, gloves, and dress in layers as the cool fall mornings make way for spectacular afternoons of fall colors. You can bring a cooler for drinks/snacks, bungees or tie-down straps for your gear, and a change of clothes when you return.
Suntan lotion, bug spray - most bugs/mosquitos can't keep up...
Helmets/Goggles are provided and required to be worn.

What happens if I roll/tip the vehicle on its side?

We will automatically keep the full damage deposit. This is standard procedure for our industry.

What happens if I am late for my reservation
or return the vehicle late?

After the designated time, we offer a 15 minute grace period.
Beyond this, you’ll be charged $100/hour per machine from the originally designated time.

Do you have a veterans/service/first-responders discount?

currently active or retired servicemen and women.

your needs on this from you, please reach out to

Can my friend drive?

Yes, as long as they meet our minimum requirements and have completed a waiver, anyone can drive your rental. If you let somebody who has not completed a waiver drive your rental,
